Filter's [Clear] button doesn't clear Message or Throwable filter
there are a couple reasons why this doesn't work .. but by and large it's because LogFilter.cs doesn't implement INotifyPropertyChanged.
the TextBoxes on the Filter view are bound to these properties, and when the Clear button is pressed, logFilter.Clear() is called, which resets these values .. but because the properties don't notify .. the UI is unchanged.
quick solution is to reset the textboxes like the comboboxes are done, after logFilter.Clear(). (this requires the Name property in the xaml for the TextBoxes to be set.)
